• Less number of images used in design.

• Important Links very clearly displayed in banner.
• Search Box Displayed at top, so is easily accessible by everyone.

• Very long homepage.
• Less Symmetry in blocks spacing.
• Blocks sub links are decorated as overline, improfessional look.
• Links and Text have the same colors, just that links are underlined. This doesnt makes them extra prominent then text.

Thorough Review:

Header/Banner

• Very attrative.
• Clearly shows the main menu.
• Search Box accessible for everyone easily.
• Login on top.

• Join button is hardly noticeable.
• Login area should be more prominent.
• Sub links are hard to get to so should use css drop down menu. (see below)

Body

• Blocks are properly managed/arranged.
• Things are easily understandable and readable.
• Blocks headers gives perfect idea of what is it about.
• Easy on eyes.
• Good use of headings.

Footer

• Its an ideal footer.
• Contains and onpage sitemap.
• SEO Friendly.
• Easily Readable and understandble due to categories.

Improvement Required:

• Less numbers of links.
• Shorten the homepage its very long.
• Must use more text.
• Drop down type of css menu instead of the current sub menu.
